The Praise of Folly is Erasmus's best-known work. He was a Dutch scholar (philosopher and theologian) who lived from 1469 to 1536.

Poetic

The Dutch artist describes her work as poetic and often vulnerable. But at the same time it is about 'desires, transience and violence.’
